BRINX TV WDSC SET FOR TITLE-DECIDING-FINALE IN ROAN MOUNTAIN

*No Live Streaming due to limited infrastructure in the wake of Hurricane Helene

Roan Mountain, TN, USA, 7 November 2024: The Brinx World Downhill Skateboarding Championship closes out the 2024 campaign this weekend in Roan Mountain, with the end-of-season world championship podium positions to be decided in Open Stand-Up and Street Luge.

But due to the devastation left behind in the wake of Hurricane Helene, that hit the region in September, and despite the clean-up operation being well underway and ongoing, the lack of certain key aspects of infrastructure including lack of GSM signal and internet, live streaming of the finals will not go ahead.

Qualifying for the ‘Qualifying Series’ will take place on Friday the 8th with the races on the morning of the 9th immediately followed by Qualifying for the WDSC with the WDSC races taking place on the 10th.
