WDSC to launch stand-alone Qualifying series in 2025

In our tireless quest to grow this great sport and following several requests, WDSC and WGSF will be sanctioning stand-alone Qualifying Series events from 2025 onwards where riders can begin earning QS points on their journey to becoming CT riders.

If you are hosting a downhill event anywhere in the world and want to join the WDSC community, please reach out to us, and take advantage of the WGSF rule book, safety plans, discounted timing systems and benefit from our global branding and media outreach.

The best part: competing riders can start earning QS points on their way to becoming CT riders.
“We are super excited to have been receiving requests to hold QS events in addition to our existing WDSC calendar and this opens up the opportunity for many riders to start earning QS points closer to home instead of having to travel across continents.
