REVISED SEPTEMBER DATES FOR ROUND 2 IN CAPPADOCIA, TURKIYE

Race Marketing & Management has announced that round 2 of the 2023 World Downhill Skateboarding Championship in Cappadocia, Turkiye, which was due to be held on 22-23 July has been rescheduled and will now take place on 16-17 September. “For various logistical reasons beyond our control and in order to ensure that the race in Turkiye can still go ahead we will now run the event in September,” said Selim Kemahli.

“We realise that this late change to the schedule is very frustrating for all involved, but to delay was our only option for the championship to return to Cappadocia which was such a success last year.”

The opening round of the season takes place this weekend in Nusenna, Italy.
