World Downhill Skateboarding Championship Head to El Salvador for the 2025 Grand Finale
El Salvador – December 4–7, 2025 — The world’s fastest downhill athletes are headed to El Salvador as the World Downhill Skateboarding Championship gears up for their highly anticipated final event of the season. With more than 100 riders registered across Open skate, Women’s Skate, Open Luge, Open Inline and Women’s Inline, this year’s finale is set to be one of the most exciting and competitive showdowns in the sport’s history.
Taking place from December 4–7, the championship finale will bring together elite international athletes to race on one of the region’s most challenging and exhilarating downhill courses. Riders will push their limits in pursuit of the world title while showcasing the speed, precision, and adrenaline that define downhill skateboarding.
This year’s event is proudly supported by the Gobierno de El Salvador and the Ministerio de Obras Públicas, whose commitment has been instrumental in bringing this world-class competition to the country. Their support reflects El Salvador’s continued investment in sports, outdoor culture, and international events.
