14 July, 2022, KOZAKOV (Czech Republic): Stand Up rider Diego Poncelet heads into today’s crucial qualifying runs as favourite to take P1 after producing a blistering run in yesterday’s free practice to top the time sheets .

The winner in Italy last time out posted a 2:19.04s run down the 2.88km track to equal the record set by Brazil’s Thiago Lessa in 2018, with the Spaniard looking to try to break the record today.

Malaysia’s Abdil Mahdzan was the pace setter in Luge, posting a best time of 2:16.04s.

Qualifying is currently underway.
